High-tech, luxury, low-rise Dylan condos are set to erect in Potomac Yard's Technology Hub. The two six-story Dylan towers are to be available come September 2022, with the West development currently being sold from $600 to $1.1 million. There are 129 residences total in their Alexandria location, 29 of which are currently sold as of the first week of October.

“We are probably the most exciting project right now in the DMV,” notes Dylan Sales Manager Jennifer Harlow. “With the new Potomac Metro Stop, the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus, and the energy and synergy of that campus, they are redesigning National Landing. Living at Dylan, you will have all of this at your fingertips.”

The strategic location of the two towers has it sitting in a prime spot with optimal walkability and access to most of National Landing's key spots. This means that when you get yourself a room here, you're near Old Town North, Del Ray, Mount Jefferson Park, and even Dangerfield Island. Also thanks to the Potomac Yard Metro Station, living at the Dylan would also grant easy and near-instant access to Pentagon City, Downton DC and even the Ronal Reagan Washington National Airport.

Every unit is also filled to the brim with high-tech and state-of-the-art features that span from lifestyle to safety and security. All units promise a smart lock entry system (that's accessible via your smartphone), a smart intercom (that also allows video calling), virtual visitor keys, Alexa and Siri voice controls, smart thermostats (that allow voice control and energy efficiency), Amazon Hub lockers, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, and electric vehicle charging stations. Luxury is also kept in mind, with most units offering 1.5 spa-like bathrooms, walk-in storage, marble countertops, and even a den.

If this has gotten you thinking you can visit the Dylan website to Make a Tour that can be conducted virtually or in person. Open houses at their gallery are also available every Saturday and Sunday.
