Well, it wasn't easy. Maryland's licensing system goes through USPS instead of the internet the way that VA and DC does. I started in September, had to mail a form & check to the testing company in Vegas, heard back by USPS, took the test (one try, did great!) in October. Then with all the back and forth, just got word it's on it's way to my brokerage and will be there Monday this week.

I am sooooo happy though! It has been really frustrating to be working with a client and not be able to help them if they jump borders to nearby in MD. What I had been doing so far was referring them to another great agent I know. But they were disappointed as we had been having a good time working together, and they were happy to be working with me. I even have a few people waiting, and of course it took a bit longer than expected, but they have been very patient and I am super excited to be able to get back to working with them now! 😀
