There are currently 5 buildings set to be erected (spanning 70,850 square feet) and a 50 foot-wide pedestrian passageway in between.

Phase one would include three 14 story buildings - offering 297 residential units, nine townhouses (facing the plaza), and 4181 square feet for retail. There are also 236 parking spaces and 130 bike spaces for its residents.

Phase two would include two 11 story buildings - offering 191 residential units and five townhouses facing the plaza. The project overall is worked on by bKL Architecture and LSG Landscape Architecture (for work on the outdoors), and the Hazel Project overall is set to see two more sites to be eventually developed in front of Crystal Drive.
